GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GRADUATION IN 2024

  • Universitas Esa Unggul will hold a Graduation ceremony on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 22 and 23, 2024 with a Dress Rehearsal (GR) on Monday, October 21, 2024. (division per Faculty/Prodi will be determined after the closing of registration).
  • Graduation will be held “Offline” and with a “Graduation Night” event on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Grand Ballroom of PULLMAN hotel, Podomoro City, Jl. Letjen S. Parman Kav. 28, West Jakarta.
  • Online Graduation Registration on the website: alumni.esaunggul.ac.id from 02 to 30 September 2024, or the quota is fulfilled for 1800 graduation participants, complete information and registration on the “website: alumni.esaunggul.ac.id” as well as in the Student SIAkad and the Faculty / Prodi graduation committee and at the BAP campus Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi.
  • Graduation Registration for Alumni Graduates of Even Semester FY. 2023/2024 (and before), with the condition that “Student Status – L” (graduated) in the student SIAkad, register by selecting the size / size of the Toga, uploading a photo (colored alma mater suit with a Red background) and making a Graduation fee payment (VA from the “alumni website” not from SIAkad), and proof of being registered as a graduation participant can be downloaded (for taking graduation equipment).
  • Graduation fee of Rp. 3,000,000, – (three million rupiah) as follows
    1. Graduates attend the Graduation ceremony with 1 Invitation and for 2 (two) companions.
    2. Graduates attend the Graduation Night event with 1 Invitation for the graduate only.
    3. Graduates get 1 set of Toga (Toga shirt, medal and hat).
    4. Graduates get 1 plaque (souvenir) and 1 Alumni book link (graduation participants).
    5. Graduates get 4 photos (1 inauguration of the Study Program, 1 Greeting the Chancellor, 1 with the Faculty amp 1 with the Family “Graduate amp +2 companions”).
  • Regarding fees / invoices and graduation payments, please contact BKS.
  • Graduation participants attend with 2 (two) accompanying persons and enter the ballroom, with a minimum age of 7 Th.
  • Taking Graduation Equipment (Toga, Hat, Medal and Invitation) at the Graduation Committee of each Faculty / Program from Monday – Saturday, October 07 – 12, 2024.

GRADUATION REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AND FLOW

  1. Universitas Esa Unggul Graduation Registration through the website: alumni.esaunggul.ac.id, for students who have been declared “L” passed their student status in SIAkad Mahasiswa.
  2. The procedure is to enter alumni.esaunggul.ac.id “Login” using the same NIM and password used when logging in SIAkad students. (for example, the NIM is 20180701029 – the password is usually YYYY/MM/DD – 20020521).
  3. Graduation List Registration alumni choose / determine the size / size of their “Toga” (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL), and upload a color photo (wearing an alma mater suit, red background, photo file 500kb / 0.5MB).
  4. “Graduation Payment” in accordance with the current period graduation fee by / through Virtual Account (VA), information related to student / alumni finances please contact BKS. (VA published from the website: alumni.esaunggul.ac.id – not those from student SIAkad).
  5. After the Graduation Registration and Payment process is complete, alumni / graduation participants are registered as “Graduation Participants” and can “download” the results as proof of graduation participation and for the collection of graduation equipment (complete Toga etc.) at the Faculty / Production Graduation Committee.
  6. Graduation participants can “download” Graduation invitations and Graduation Night invitations, at alumni.esaunggul.ac.id
