The Counseling and Tracer Study Bureau (BKTS) consists of 2 sections/units, namely the Counseling Section and the Tracer Study and Alumni Management Section. The main purpose of establishing BKTS, especially the Counseling Section, is to help solve student problems, both academic and non-academic problems. BKTS collaborates with the Faculty of Psychology in handling student problems that are more personal in nature (non-academic) and require more intense assistance by counselors. While students who have academic problems, BKTS informs the student’s problems to the relevant faculty / study program.
The Tracer Study and Alumni Management section has duties and functions, one of which is to conduct Tracer Study activities which are generally known as alumni career tracking activities after the alumni have completed their education at Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU). Tracer Study can provide information about the relationship between the careers of alumni / graduates and the world of work, assess the relevance of universities to the careers of their graduates, become one aspect of assessment in study program accreditation and university accreditation, as a source of information for all stakeholders, and is also expected to be input or suggestions in improving the quality of learning and services for the entire academic community.
These activities are implemented through various policy documents (SK), standards, procedures (SOP) and manuals that are well structured, and to ensure the implementation of all activities in BKTS can run effectively, collaboratively and also sustainably, according to mutual expectations.
