Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul participated as a participant in the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum (IISF) 2024 which was held on Thursday, September 5, 2024. This event was organized by the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves) in collaboration with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), located at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) (05/09/2024).
On this occasion, Universitas Esa Unggul sent representatives from various faculties to attend and contribute to the forum that discussed sustainability issues, especially in the fields of economics, engineering, and computer science. Universitas Esa Unggul delegates who attended included the Head of the University Cooperation Bureau, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science.
The presence of Universitas Esa Unggul also strengthened collaboration with several other universities, such as Nusa Putra University, Dian Nusantara University, and National University, to discuss and exchange ideas regarding sustainable solutions that can be implemented in Indonesia.
The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng. said that the presence of Esa Unggul University in the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum 2024 is a concrete manifestation of our commitment in supporting sustainable development in Indonesia.” Through this active participation, we hope to contribute in creating innovative solutions that benefit society and the environment,” said the Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul.
This forum is an important event for academics, practitioners, and industry players to jointly find solutions to the sustainability challenges faced by Indonesia, and encourage the creation of new innovations that support sustainable development in various sectors.
