Esaunggul.ac.id, Another brilliant achievement was made by Universitas Esa Unggul students in the national sports arena. Fatma Raisyah, a Psychology Study Program student, won 1st place in the Women’s Senior Poomsae in the Bandung Taekwondo Open 2024 event which took place on September 27-29, 2024 in Bandung.
This championship is one of the national level taekwondo competitions attended by various athletes from all over Indonesia. Fatma Raisyah and her team showed extraordinary ability and coordination in the Women’s Senior Beregu Poomsae category, which demands compactness of movement, technical accuracy, and physical strength. This success not only brought home the gold medal, but also made Universitas Esa Unggul proud in the national sports arena.
The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, expressed his appreciation for this achievement. “We are very proud of the achievements made by Fatma Raisyah. This victory proves that Universitas Esa Unggul students are able to compete and excel in various fields, including sports. We will continue to provide full support to develop extraordinary talents like Fatma so that they can achieve more achievements in the future,” he said.
