Esaunggul.ac.id, Indonesia’s furniture industry is back with a bang as the IFFINA 2024 Exhibition will be held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD, in 14 to 17 September 2024.
This annual event is one of the most prestigious furniture and design exhibitions in Indonesia, bringing together various industry players, designers, craftsmen, and furniture lovers from all over the world.
With the theme “Innovation Meets Design”, IFFINA 2024 will showcase the latest product innovations that prioritize aesthetic design, functionality, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.
The event is a platform for Indonesian and international furniture companies to showcase their best work as well as establish wider business relationships.
The event was participated by Universitas Esa Unggul’s Interior Design Study Program, which showcased various innovative works from students. With a creative spirit, students utilized this platform to express their design ideas as well as establish connections with professionals in the industry.
The works displayed at the IFFINA 2024 exhibition were the work of students in the Residential Furniture Design, Commercial Furniture Design, and Interior Design courses.
The activity went very well and the participation of the students was very enthusiastic in carrying out the exhibition activities.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by various invited guests, including lecturers, industry practitioners, and students. The chief executive as well as a lecturer in the interior design program at Universitas Esa Unggul, Adisti Ananda Yusuff, S.Ds., M.Ds, conveyed the importance of the exhibition as a forum for students to show their talents and skills. “IFINA 2024 is an opportunity for students to express their creative ideas and establish connections with professionals in the industry,” she said.

During the 4-day exhibition, visitors were treated to a variety of interior designs that combined aesthetics and function. Students showcased projects ranging from residential designs to public spaces, with a focus on the concept of sustainability and the use of eco-friendly materials.
Each work reflects the students’ creative process and deep understanding of user-oriented design.
