Esaunggul.ac.id, The Faculty of Public Health of Universitas Esa Unggul Powered by Arizona State University held an audience meeting with the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. This meeting aims to strengthen the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in apprenticeship, research, and community service programs.
The meeting was attended by Universitas Esa Unggul delegates consisting of Ms. Devi Sinabutar, S.Sos., as Head of the Cooperation Bureau; Mr. Ahmad Irfandi, SKM, MKM; Ms. Veza Azteria, S.Si., M.Si.; and Egi Damayanti. They discussed with the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal to explore collaboration opportunities that could have a positive impact on society and education.
The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul Powered by Arizona State University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, gave full support to this effort as part of the university’s commitment in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In his statement, he emphasized the importance of cross-sector cooperation to produce innovations and real contributions to national development.
“With this collaboration, we hope to create synergy between the academic world and industry, especially in the mineral and coal sector, to support sustainable development,” said the Rector.
This audience is expected to be the first step to establish a sustainable strategic partnership between Esa Unggul University and the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, and produce concrete programs that are relevant to the needs of society and industry.
