Esaunggul.ac.id, Two students of the Faculty of Psychology, Esa Unggul University class of 2022, Devina Safira Rosadi (20220701005) and Wijdan Syahla (20220701008), made brilliant achievements in the 2024 International Mental Health Competition organized by INABA University. The competition was supported by Esa Unggul University and Bhayangkara University and attended by participants from various countries. The winners were announced online on Saturday, September 24, 2024.

Achievements made by Devina Safira Rosadi and Wijdan Syahla:

  1. 2nd Honorable Mention – Essay Category
    Devina Safira Rosadi won 2nd runner-up in the Information and Technology category essay competition with the theme Utilization Digital Technology for Mental Health Services. The essay entitled How People Are Coping Their Mental Health Amidst Their Busy Lives in the Era of Society 5.0 discusses the utilization of digital technology in helping people maintain mental health amidst their busy lives in the modern era..
  2. 3rd Place – Digital Poster Category
    The collaboration between Devina Safira Rosadi and Wijdan Syahla resulted in a 3rd place achievement in the Industry category of the digital poster competition. With the theme Gen Z’s Strategy for Achieving Work Life Balance, they created a poster titled Peel Thoroughly the Loyalty.
    Strategy Concept in Poster:
    This poster strategizes based on the dimensions of Work Life Balance:

    • Time Balance dimension: Managing time in a balanced way between work and family through the tagline Tang! GO Bukan Malu, which is working according to working hours and the rest is used for family.
    • Engagement Balance Dimension: Balancing psychological involvement in work and personal life through the Me Time = Work Time strategy. This is done by maintaining equal positive emotions in both roles.
    • Satisfaction Balance dimension: Choosing a job that matches hobbies and talents, with flexible hours and utilization of the latest technology. This strategy helps Gen Z feel satisfied with their work while having time for personal activities.

The Rector of Esa Unggul University Powered by Arizona State University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, expressed his appreciation to both students for their achievements. “This achievement shows that Esa Unggul University students are not only able to compete at the national level but also internationally. We are proud of their innovation and dedication in building awareness of the importance of mental health, especially in the digital era,” he said.

This achievement is expected to be an inspiration for other students to continue working and bring the good name of Esa Unggul University in the global arena.
