Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul Powered by Arizona University officially established cooperation with Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Cirebon.
The signing of the MoU was represented by Vice Rector IV for Institutional Cooperation of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Rilla Gantino, SE, Ak, MM, and Vice Rector IV for Cooperation, Public Relations, Publications, Promotions, and International Affairs of Swadaya Gunung Jati University, Dr. Cita Dwi Rosita, S.Pd., M.Pd. This activity was also attended by the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law of Esa Unggul University, Rita Alfiana, SE, SH, M.Kn.; the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Diah Aryani, ST, M.Kom.; and the Head of the Cooperation Bureau of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ayu Larasati, S.Sos., M.Ikom.
In addition to the MoU signing, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics and Business of Esa Unggul University also signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) and Implementation Agreement (IA) Benchmarking with Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics and Business of Swadaya Gunung Jati University. This cooperation aims to strengthen synergies in the academic and research fields, as well as support teaching lecturer exchange programs.
Dr. Rilla Gantino said that this collaboration is a strategic step in improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. “We hope this collaboration can provide great benefits for both institutions, especially in academic development and improving the competence of lecturers and students,” she said.
Meanwhile, Dr. Cita Dwi Rosita welcomed the collaboration and affirmed Swadaya Gunung Jati University’s commitment in expanding academic networks with various universities in Indonesia. “This partnership will open new opportunities for lecturers and students to share knowledge and experience in a wider academic environment,” she said.
The Rector of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, also gave his response regarding this collaboration. “The collaboration between Esa Unggul University Powered by Arizona University and Swadaya Gunung Jati University is proof of our commitment in improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. With this collaboration, we hope to encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences that are beneficial for students and teaching staff at both institutions,” he said.
