Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul officially established academic cooperation with Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia (UCIC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday, February 14, 2025 at UCIC Campus, Cirebon.

The signing of the MoU was represented by the Vice Rector IV for Institutional Cooperation of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Rilla Gantino, SE, Ak., MM, and the Rector of Catur Insan Cendekia University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chandra Lukita, S.E., M.M.

The event was also attended by representatives from both institutions. From Esa Unggul University, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Rita Alfiana, SE, SH, M.Kn.; the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Diah Aryani, ST, M.Kom.; and the Head of the Cooperation Bureau, Dr. Ayu Larasati, S.Sos., M.Ikom were present. Meanwhile, UCIC warmly welcomed this visit with the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Information, Marsani Asfi, S.Si., M.Si.; Head of the Rectorate Secretariat, Sudadi Pranata, S.E., M.Si.; and Head of the Student Affairs Bureau, Amroni, S.E., M.M..

In addition to the signing of the MoU, the cooperation also includes the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) and Benchmarking Implementation Agreement (IA) between the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Economics and Business from both universities.

This cooperation aims to support various academic programs, such as lecturer and student exchanges, participation in academic competitions, and collaboration in the field of animation, especially for the Faculty of Computer Science. In addition, both universities agreed to work together in Community Service activities and proposed collaboration in Bookchapter writing with related faculties.

The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng. expressed his support for this collaboration as an effort to strengthen the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. With this synergy, it is hoped that both institutions can continue to develop in producing graduates who are superior and globally competitive.

This strategic cooperation marks a step forward in strengthening relationships between universities and expanding opportunities for students and academics to develop their academic competencies and networks.
