Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul Powered by Arizona State University continues to expand academic and professional cooperation through an Audience Meeting with Mental Hospital (RSJ) H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. This meeting aims to explore opportunities for cooperation in the field of student internships and research for lecturers and students of the Faculty of Psychology (12/02/2025).
In the audience meeting which took place on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, Esa Unggul University was represented by Dr. Ayu Larasati, S.Sos., M.I.Kom., as the Head of the Cooperation Bureau, and the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Mariyana Widiastuti, S.Psi., M.Psi. Meanwhile, from the H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital Bogor, the Head of the Diklit Installation, Dede Suryaputra, SKM, M.K.M.; Public Law of RSJMM, Muhamad Syafei Tabrani, AMd.Kep., SH; and Psychology Internship Staff, Riisca Yuniadewi Irawan, SP, M.M., and Musliadi, SKM were present.
The discussion discussed various aspects of cooperation within the scope of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, including internship programs for Esa Unggul University Psychology students, joint research between lecturers and students, and the potential for community service in the field of mental health.
The Rector of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng. expressed his full support for this program as part of efforts to improve students’ academic and professional competencies in the real world of work.
With this collaboration, it is hoped that students of the Faculty of Psychology of Esa Unggul University can gain valuable practical experience in a mental hospital environment, as well as make academic contributions in the development of research in the field of mental health. In addition, this collaboration also strengthens the synergy between higher education institutions and health institutions in creating research-based innovations and solutions.
This collaboration between Esa Unggul University and RSJ H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor is a strategic step in developing the quality of graduates who are ready to face challenges in the professional world, especially in the field of clinical psychology and mental health.
