Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul took part in the launching of the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) for universities in LLDIKTI Region III, which was held at the Gunadarma Medical Faculty Campus, Depok. The event was attended by representatives from 100 universities in the LLDIKTI III region and is part of a change project to improve collaboration between industry and academia (29/10/2024).
In addition to the inauguration of the IAB, the event also included the signing of the Integrity Pact which was attended by all universities present, including Esa Unggul University. On this occasion, Universitas Esa Unggul was represented by the Head of Cooperation Bureau, Dr. Ayu Larasati, S.Sos., M.I.Kom., who also signed the Integrity Pact as the university’s commitment in supporting the synergy between higher education and industry.
Dr. Ayu Larasati conveyed the importance of this initiative in answering the global challenges faced by universities. “We really appreciate the steps taken by LLDIKTI Region III in forming the Industrial Advisory Board as a forum that will connect the campus with the industry. Through this collaboration, Universitas Esa Unggul hopes to further improve the relevance of the curriculum to industry needs and prepare graduates who are ready to work,” she said.
The Industrial Advisory Board is expected to be a bridge for universities to collaborate more closely with various industrial sectors, both in terms of curriculum, research, and internship and career programs for students. The signed Integrity Pact also confirms the joint commitment in realizing higher education that is responsive to industrial dynamics.
Through active participation in this change project, Universitas Esa Unggul is determined to continue supporting efforts to develop the quality of education and improve the competence of graduates in order to meet the needs of the world of work in the future.
