Gelar Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen 2024 held the 2024 Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Building A of Esa Unggul University. The event was attended by all university leaders, faculties, study programs, bureaus, and auditors, as a form of performance evaluation and reflection to support institutional quality improvement.
The activity began with remarks from the Rector of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, who emphasized that the 2024 Management Review Meeting (RTM) is an important momentum for Esa Unggul University to evaluate and plan strategic steps in improving the quality of education, research, and community service. This event is not just an evaluation, but also a form of appreciation to faculties, study programs, bureaus, and auditors who have shown their best performance throughout this year.

After the opening, the event continued with a presentation by the Head of KPM, Yunata Khandias Akbar, SE, who explained the results of the university’s performance evaluation throughout 2024. In this session, the participants also had the opportunity to provide input through an interactive question and answer session.
As part of the appreciation to outstanding units, Esa Unggul University gave awards to the best faculties, study programs, bureaus, and auditors based on performance evaluation during 2024. The following is the list of awards given:

The award in the form of a certificate was handed over directly by the Rector of Esa Unggul University, accompanied by four Vice Rectors. The event ended with a group photo session, as a symbol of togetherness and commitment in maintaining the quality and performance of the university.
Through this RTM, Esa Unggul University continues to show its commitment in improving the quality of educational services. This momentum is a strong basis for designing better strategies in the coming year, as well as giving appreciation to all elements that have contributed to the university’s achievements.
