Internship for Generation of Talent (Magenta) SOEs is an integrated internship program organized by the Ministry of SOEs. This program is intended for students, fresh graduates, and anyone who wants to experience working in an SOE. Magenta BUMN offers an opportunity to apply the knowledge that has been obtained through hands-on practice in the world of work, so that participants gain additional knowledge and skills about professional work standards in BUMN.
