This research is aimed at knowing whether theres is correlation between attitude toward menstruatuin and anxiety to menarche on the pre-puberty. Attitude toward menstruation is subject belief or opinion to menstruation. Anxiety to menarche is subject worries and fear to first menstruation that will occur. Subject in this research are 137 pre-puberty, and obtained by convenience sampling technique. The data is collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using correlation of Pearson product moment with SPSS 12.00 version. Results indicate that there is negative relationship between attitude toward menstruation and anxiety to menarche on the pre-puberty, r = – .671, p< .01
