Esaunggul.ac.id, The Faculty of Communication Sciences (FIKOM) of Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) successfully held a seminar and talk show entitled “The Art of Confidence” which was attended by students, lecturers, and professionals. The event aimed to equip participants with communication skills and how to build confidence, which is needed in today’s professional world.
The seminar featured a variety of inspiring speakers, who shared their tips and experiences in improving self-confidence, both in personal life and career. Not only that, the event was also filled with interactive talk show sessions, where participants could directly ask the speakers about effective ways to build confidence in various situations.
The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, expressed his response regarding the importance of the event. “We strongly support the initiative of the Faculty of Communication Sciences to hold an event like this. Building confidence is one of the keys to success, both in the academic and professional world. We hope that through this event, students can learn to overcome challenges, improve their communication skills, and be ready to face a competitive world,” said Dr. Arief Kusuma.
Furthermore, Dr. Arief also emphasized collaboration with international institutions in organizing this event. “We are very grateful to Arizona State University for working with us in organizing this event. Their role is very valuable, as they bring a global perspective that can enrich the insights and experiences of the participants,” he added.
Arizona State University (ASU) played an active role in this event by presenting international communication experts who shared knowledge and experience about the importance of effective communication in building self-confidence. ASU’s participation in this event further strengthens the relationship between Universitas Esa Unggul and leading educational institutions in the world.
This event not only provided new insights, but also provided motivation for students to continue to hone their communication skills and build confidence in facing various challenges in the future. With relevant themes and competent presenters, “The Art of Confidence” Seminar & Talkshow succeeded in having a positive impact on all participants.
