Ceremonial pembukaan familit gathering 2024
Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) successfully held Family Gathering 2024 which lasted for two days on 30 November -1 December 2024 with the theme ‘Family & Fun, Together We Thrive’. This event was also a special moment to commemorate the 31st anniversary of Universitas Esa Unggul and celebrate the achievements of the Unggul accreditation.
Held in two locations, namely Trans Studio Bandung and Ibis Hotel Bandung, this activity was attended by around 1,000 participants, consisting of employees, lecturers, and extended family members of the Esa Unggul University academic community. The Family Gathering was led by Didin Wahidin, S.T. as the committee chairman.
On the first day, participants were invited to enjoy the rides at Trans Studio Bandung. Togetherness and cheerfulness were seen when all participants enjoyed unlimited games at the indoor amusement park which is an icon of Bandung.

The peak night of the Family Gathering took place at Trans Studio Bandung, officially opened by the Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng. In his remarks, he expressed his gratitude for the 31st age of Universitas Esa Unggul and his appreciation for all academicians who have contributed to the achievement of Esa Unggul accreditation.
He also added that Family Gathering 2024 is not just an annual event, but also a tangible manifestation of the spirit of togetherness and kinship that is the basis of Universitas Esa Unggul. With the theme ‘Family & Fun, Together We Thrive’, we hope that the entire academic community can celebrate achievements together, strengthen relationships between members, and continue to grow in harmony to achieve more achievements in the future.

On this occasion, Didin Wahidin as the chief executive of Family Gathering 2024, we organised it with happiness and the spirit of togetherness. The theme ‘Family & Fun, Together We Thrive’ illustrates how important the role of the extended family of Universitas Esa Unggul is in achieving mutual success. Through this event, we hope to strengthen the relationship between employees, lecturers, and families, and create sweet memories that will be part of our journey together towards greater success.
The peak night event was enlivened with various interesting activities, including: Music performance from TSB band, Cosplay performed by UEU academic community, TikTok video screening, karaoke competition, the most unique photo, and the election of King & Queen Family Gathering 2024.
Then the event continued with the submission of awards as a form of appreciation, Esa Unggul University gave, Reward for employees who have served for more than 20 years, free Umrah prizes for outstanding employees and Make A Wish and We Wish You Luck. The excitement continued with the distribution of various door prizes to the grand prize, which further added to the enthusiasm of the participants.
Family Gathering 2024 is not just a celebration, but also a place to strengthen family relationships within Esa Unggul University. With the theme ‘Family & Fun, Together We Thrive’, this event reflects Universitas Esa Unggul’s commitment to continue to grow together with all elements of the academic community.
