Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul (once again showed its commitment in expanding the network of academic cooperation with the government. Located in Room 406, 4th Floor, Building A, Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta, the Faculty of Law of UEU held a Public Seminar themed “Land Regulations After the Job Creation Law” which also became an important moment for the signing of the Implementation Agreement (IA) between UEU and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (BPN).

This cooperation aims to strengthen the relationship between the academic world and the public sector, especially in the field of land and spatial planning. The signing of the IA was attended by the Head of the Universitas Esa Unggul Cooperation Bureau, Dr. Ayu Larasati, S.Sos., M.Ikom, and the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Rita Alfiana, SE, SH, M.Kn.

The seminar presented a keynote speaker from the National Land Agency, Dr. Andi Tenrisau, S.H., M.H., who explained various important aspects related to land regulation after the implementation of the Job Creation Law. The material presented highlighted significant changes in land regulations in Indonesia, including policy aspects, land ownership procedures, and their impact on communities and businesses.

Dr. Ayu Larasati in her speech expressed great hope that this collaboration could make a real contribution to the advancement of land law knowledge among UEU students. “Through this collaboration, we hope that the Faculty of Law of Esa Unggul University can further develop in land law studies and provide practical insights to students who will later become the next generation in the legal sector,” she said.

Rita Alfiana, SE, SH, M.Kn., also added that the theme of this seminar was strategically chosen considering the importance of a deep understanding of new regulations relating to land, especially in the context of the Job Creation Law. “We are very grateful to BPN for supporting this activity. We are optimistic that this newly signed cooperation will provide broad benefits for all parties,” he added.

This cooperation is expected to run well and open further opportunities for joint research activities, internship programs, and public lecture programs that prioritize practical aspects in the land world. This activity is also expected to strengthen the knowledge of UEU Faculty of Law students and lecturers in understanding the latest land regulations for a positive contribution to society and the country.
