National and International Superior Accreditation

Esa Unggul University’s S1 Law Study Program has officially achieved the title of Superior Accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and has also received International Accreditation recognition. The Faculty of Law at Esa Unggul University prepares law graduates who have the spirit of Pancasila, are open, can respect the opinions of others and understand the basics of knowledge in general and legal science in particular. The Faculty of Law has two study specialization options that are very relevant to industry needs:

1. Undergraduate Law Study Program

Providing skills and specialized knowledge in the fields of civil law, criminal law, both the field of procedural law in general and the judicial process in particular. Legal practitioners have the ability to understand, analyze and propose solutions to legal problems by working as judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and legal advisors.

2. Master of Law Science

A postgraduate program that provides advanced education in the field of law with a focus on developing analytical, critical, and legal research skills. Provides in-depth skills and knowledge of legal theory, legal research methodology, legal philosophy, as well as various areas of specialization such as business law, criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, and international law. Master of Law graduates have the ability to analyze legal problems comprehensively, conduct quality legal research, and provide appropriate legal solutions by working as academics, legal researchers, legal consultants, senior advocates, judges, prosecutors, corporate legal officers, or government officials.
