Universitas Esa Unggul “Eternal Dedication, Endless Inspiration” Event for Retired Employees

held an event entitled “Eternal Dedication, Endless Inspiration” to give appreciation to employees who entered retirement. This activity aims to honor the contribution, dedication, and devotion of the employees during their years at Esa Unggul University.

The event, which was held at Esa Unggul University, was attended by leaders, lecturers, education staff, and employees entering retirement. This year, Esa Unggul University released five employees who have served with dedication, namely:

• Dr. Edy Aswandy, SE, M.Si. – Lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Management Study Program.
• Dra. Retno Suliati Suleiman, MM – Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Management Study Program
• Saripudin – Staff of the Equipment, Facilities, and Infrastructure Section
• Drs. A. Rahman, MS. – Lecturer of Faculty of Communication Sciences (Fikom)
• Muslimin – Staff of the Equipment, Facilities, and Infrastructure Section

The Director of Human Resources, Dra. Yodi Donatrin, M.Psi, Psychologist, CGMHR, opened the event with an appreciative speech. She emphasized that the contribution and dedication of employees who have entered retirement is a valuable legacy for Esa Unggul University. The speech was continued by the Rector of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng, who expressed his deep gratitude to the retirees for their service.

The devotion and dedication that has been given is not only an inspiration for all of us, but also a solid foundation for the progress of Esa Unggul University in the future. We hope that the prayers and hopes of the retired employees will always accompany our journey ahead,” said the Rector in his speech.

The activity continued with a message and impression session from the retired employees. In an emotional atmosphere, they shared their experiences and hopes for Esa Unggul University. The event was then closed by handing over souvenirs as a sign of appreciation, cutting tumpeng, and a group photo session.

This event became a meaningful moment for the entire academic community of Esa Unggul University. In addition to honoring the retirees, this activity also strengthens the sense of togetherness and appreciates the importance of each individual’s contribution in achieving the university’s vision and mission.
