Deskripsi:

The main purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational
justice toward organizational commitment. Minorly, the study also studies the most
contributive form of organizational justice among distributive, procedural and
interactional justice. Many literatures in organizational psychology and management
argue that organzational justice bring positive effect toward organizational
commitment. Many organizational decision making-based justices are responded in
many positive organizational behaviors such as what is studied namely organizational
comitment. Having collected 133 research subjects within company X, the data is then
analyzed with multiple regressions. Analyzed with multiple regression technique, the
result shows that the forms of organizational justice, togetherly influenced the
organizational commitment (adjusted R
= 0,854, p=0, 00). The regression model also
shows that the organizational distributive, procedural and interactional justice can be
used to predict the organizational commitment (F=259,385); p = 0,000). Using
backward method, the research also shows that the distributive justice has the most
significant contribution to the organizational commitment compared to other forms of
organizational justice.
