Esaunggul.ac.id, Two students of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Esa Unggul class of 2022, Devina Safira Rosadi (20220701005) and Wijdan Syahla (20220701008) won the 2024 International Mental Health competition organized by INABA University.
The competition supported by Universitas Esa Unggul and Bhayangkara University was announced on Saturday, September 24, 2024 online.
The achievements include:
- Devina Safira Rosadi won 2nd place in the Information and Technology Category Essay competition with the theme Utilization of Digital Technology for Mental Health Services with the title ‘How People Are Coping Their Mental Health Amidst Their Busy Lives In The Era Of Society 5.0’.
- Wijdan Syahla and Devina Safira Rosadi won 3rd place in the Digital Poster competition in the Industry category with the theme Gen Z Strategy in Achieving Work Life Balance with the title ‘Peel Through Loyalty’.
According to Devina and Wijdan, the poster they made for the 2024 International Mental Health competition highlights strategies that are based on the dimensions of Work Life Balance itself.
The Time Balance dimension means an equal amount of time for work and family roles, done with the strategy No Shame Tang! GO strategy which means working according to working hours, the rest at home.
The Engagement Balance dimension means the same level of psychological involvement in work and family roles, done with the Me Time = Work Time strategy.
Living personal and work activities with equal and balanced positive emotions. The Satisfaction Balance dimension, which means equal levels of satisfaction with work and family roles, is done with Gen Z’s choice of strategies.
Choosing a job that suits hobbies and talents with flexible time and implementation, the use of renewable technology that helps reduce energy use at work but tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently, makes Gen Z satisfied with work and has flexibility in doing personal activities.
