Esaunggul.ac.id, Jakarta, December 15, 2023 – A historic event occurred in the world of Indonesian higher education with the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Communication Sciences of Pancasila University (FIKOM UP) and the Faculty of Communication Sciences of Esa Unggul University (FIKOM UEU). The agreement, which is recorded with Number 473 /PKS/FIKOM/UP/XI/2023 and Number 488/PKS/BPKIKS/FIKOM/UEU/XII/2023, marks the commitment of both institutions to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education.

In the signing ceremony that took place at the Pancasila University Rectorate building, the agreement was signed by:

Acting. Dr. Rilla Gantino, SE, Ak, MM: Dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Esa Unggul University
This agreement includes several key points:

Article 1: Purpose of Cooperation

The parties agree to establish cooperation in the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, which involves education, research, and community service.
This cooperation aims to improve the quality of education and positive contribution to society.

Article 2: Scope of Cooperation

Cooperation includes collaboration in academic programs, research activities, and curriculum development relevant to the field of Communication Science. Both parties agree to support each other in organizing seminars, workshops, and other scientific activities.

Article 3: Implementation of Activities

Both parties are obliged to develop a schedule for implementing cooperation activities and ensure maximum involvement of lecturers and students.
The parties will develop an evaluation mechanism to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the cooperation that has been implemented.

Article 4: Human Resources

Both parties agree to share human resources in the form of teaching staff, researchers, and education personnel in accordance with the needs and mutual agreement.

Article 5: Term

This agreement is effective from the date of signing and lasts for five years.
Extension and modification of the agreement can be done through mutual agreement of both parties.

Article 6: Closing

Any differences of opinion or disputes arising in the implementation of this agreement will be resolved by deliberation to reach consensus.

This Cooperation Agreement is expected to have a positive impact on both parties and make a significant contribution to the development of communication science and improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia.
