Esa Unggul University achieved ISO 9001Certificate : 2008/IWA-2:2007

Along with Esa Unggul graduation program for D-III, D-IV, Bachelor and Postgraduate held at Pullman Hotel, Central Park, West Jakarta, on October 18, 2011, UEU won the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate and an International Workshop Agreement (IWA), namely IWA-2: 2007. Both awards were presented directly by representatives of PT. United Registrar Systems (URS) which is an international certification body headquartered in the UK and has been accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and officially accepted by the Chancellor of the UEU, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A. P., MBA.

The certificate with registration number 48725 / A / 0001 / UK / En is valid until October 2017 with the scope of “Management of Higher Education and Academic Services” for Diploma, Bachelor and Master degrees and includes all academics, covering faculty, study programs and supporting units, ranging from new student admissions to the handling of EUU alumni.

ISO 9001: 2008 is a requirement for a quality management system that focuses on the effectiveness of continual improvement processes, where in every process it always requires careful planning, clearly measured implementation, accurate data evaluation and analysis and appropriate corrective actions and monitoring of its implementation so that can really solve the problems that occur in the organization. Meanwhile IWA-2: 2007 itself is a guide to the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system for educational institutions.

In addition, this ISO 9001: 2008 / IWA-2: 2007 Certificate is a testament to the commitment of the entire EUU academic community to consistently implement and implement a quality management system that has been adapted to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 / IWA-2: 2007 as a work guideline and continuously improve it towards a more effective and efficient work system so that customer satisfaction can always be obtained and improved.
