Esaunggul.ac.id, Esa Unggul University once again made a proud achievement at the national level. Rosita Amilia, a student from the Biology Study Program, won a silver medal in Biology at the 2025 National Student Academic Olympiad (OKASN) at the national level organized by Prestasi Anak Bangsa. OKASN is a prestigious annual academic competition at the national level which aims to encourage Indonesian students to become a generation that excels in science and academics.

The prestigious competition, which was attended by 69 participants from various universities in Indonesia, was rigorous and challenging. Through a rigorous selection and assessment process, Rosita was able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Biology concepts, problem analysis skills, and the ability to convey scientific ideas clearly and logically.

In her statement, Rosita expressed her gratitude for this achievement:

“I am very grateful for this achievement, because through this competition I learned many important things in the field of Biology, from understanding concepts, analyzing questions, to the ability to convey scientific ideas clearly. This competition is also a valuable experience that hones critical thinking and problem solving skills in the context of Biology. This achievement motivates me to continue learning and developing in the field of Biology, as well as contributing to science and research in the future,” he said.

The Rector of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma A.P., ST., MBA., IPU, ASEAN Eng., also gave his appreciation and pride for Rosita’s achievement.

“We are very proud of Rosita Amilia’s achievement in the OKASN 2025 event. This is clear evidence that Esa Unggul University students are able to compete nationally and show superior academic quality. This achievement is an inspiration for the entire academic community to continue working, innovating, and making positive contributions in the field of science,” said the Rector.
