Professionality Analysis Of Dosen LPTK On Perception And Commitment To Proposed Students Of Students (Capacity Building of Teacher Training and Education Faculty)

Educational Institutions and Education Personnel (LPTK) needs to take measures to develop of strengthening its internal capacity through professionalism of lecturers capable of shaping the perception and commitment to work for prospective teachers. Data is needed through research to create creative and future-oriented strategies to overcome the problems that occur include: (1) the professionalism of teachers who are still low, (2) LPTK not yet standard, (3) Education prospective teachers who have not been able to form a professional teacher . The research was conducted in FKIP . Research subject is active student. with a population of 161 students and using saturated samples. Research mixed methods with survey method and causal analysis with questionnaire instrument. Result of research: (1) Professional professional profession profession profile, (2) student’s perception is very high to educator profession, (3) high commitment from teacher students to profession, (4) positive, strong and very significant influence among professional professors on student perception, (5) positive influence, strong and very significant perception of student to commitment to work. Recommendations: (1) improving the capacity of lecturers professionalism, (2) optimizing students’ perceptions through professional lecturers, (3) integrating parent roles and research, (4) lecturer professional development and RIP policy of LPTK research on learning dimension and academic culture.
