Esaunggul.ac.id,Universitas Esa Unggul, in partnership with Arizona State University, has once again expanded the impact of its community service efforts through the signing of a Community Service Implementation Agreement with State Junior High School No. 17 in Bali. This collaboration represents a strategic step in supporting the implementation of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia’s State School Program while strengthening the university’s contribution to human resource development.

The signing ceremony took place on Monday morning at Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Pertama 17 Bali and was attended by Dr. Ayu Larasati, Head of the Cooperation Bureau at Universitas Esa Unggul. Representing the partner institution, the event was attended by I Putu Jaya Negara, Principal of Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Pertama 17 Bali.

This partnership focuses on implementing educational and empowerment programs that align with the spirit of the People’s School, namely providing access to quality education and preparing the younger generation for the future.

As part of the initial activities of the collaboration, the students received training in public speaking and personal branding. The training was designed to build their self-confidence, communication skills, and mental readiness to enter the competitive world of work and social life.

This program also demonstrates that community service takes the form not only of social assistance, but also of knowledge transfer and capacity building for the younger generation to enhance their competitiveness.

The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng., expressed his full support for this collaboration as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
