Universitas Esa Unggul Strengthens Global Collaboration through the Faculty Mobility Program with University of Perpetual Help System DALTA Philippines

Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University continues to strengthen its global positioning through the implementation of Faculty Mobility Program together with the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Philippines, which took place on April 13–17, 2026 at the Universitas Esa Unggul Campus, Jakarta. This program became a strategic step in expanding international collaboration while also promoting cross-country knowledge exchange in the field of education and research.

This activity featured two academics from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, namely Alaiza Baje-Angeles, LPT, MAEd from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, and Dr. Antoniette T. Mollejon from the Faculty of Engineering. Their presence was part of efforts to strengthen academic cooperation focusing on curriculum development, faculty capacity building, and research collaboration relevant to global needs.

Through this program, various academic agendas are carried out, ranging from guest lecture sessions, scientific discussions, to the exchange of best practices in teaching and research. In addition, the delegates also participate in activities campus tour to directly see various superior facilities of Universitas Esa Unggul, such as laboratories, technology-based learning rooms, as well as other academic support facilities. This activity provides a comprehensive overview of the modern learning ecosystem developed by Universitas Esa Unggul in supporting a learning experience of global standard.

The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng., emphasized that this activity is part of the university's commitment to building a sustainable global network.

"The Faculty Mobility Program has become one of the important strategies in improving academic quality through international collaboration. We encourage the exchange of knowledge, experience, and innovation that can strengthen the global competitiveness of the academic community," he said.

In addition to strengthening institutional relationships, this program also provides direct benefits to students through exposure to international perspectives in the learning process. The involvement of international lecturers in academic activities is part of the effort to provide a broader and more contextual learning experience.
