Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University held the activity Socialization & Monitoring of the Mandiri 1 Impact Internship and the Implementation of Universitas Esa Unggul Values ​​in the Professional World which took place in Room 207 of the Jakarta Campus on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. This activity is a strategic step in ensuring the implementation of the internship program runs optimally while strengthening students' readiness to face the dynamic and globally oriented world of work.

The event began with participant registration, an opening by the MC, and the singing of the national anthem Indonesia Raya, followed by a prayer. The event then continued with the screening of a video of Universitas Esa Unggul's company profile, powered by Arizona State University, to strengthen the institution's identity in the context of global education. The Vice Rector for Internationalization and Cooperation, Ir. Yudi Samyudia, Ph.D., delivered remarks, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between universities and industry in creating learning experiences relevant to professional needs.

In order to strengthen synergy with industrial partners, this activity also included the signing of a cooperation document followed by the handover of souvenirs and a group photo session as a symbol of the commitment to continuous collaboration. The core session featured presentations from Krisna Ambarsari from Mandiri University who discussed best practices in implementing industry-based internship programs, as well as Dr. Abdurrahman, SKM., MM as Head of PAMU & MBKM Universitas Esa Unggul who explained the implementation of the Mandiri Impact Internship program within the university environment.

The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng., emphasized that the internship program is an important part of building the competencies of students who are ready to enter the professional world.

"The Mandiri Impact Internship Program not only provides work experience but also serves as a real-life learning platform for internalizing professional, adaptive, and globally competitive values. We continue to foster synergy with industry to ensure students gain relevant and impactful experience," he said.

The event continued with a discussion and question-and-answer session moderated by Dr. Ayu Larasati, who provided an interactive space for participants to delve deeper into the material and share experiences related to the internship. The participants' enthusiasm demonstrated the students' strong commitment to developing professional competencies through a structured internship program.
