Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University once again strengthens synergy with the industry through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which was combined with Campus Hiring activities on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in Room 207 and Room 211, Esa Unggul University, Jakarta Campus.

This activity becomes a strategic step in expanding career access, improving the work readiness of students and alumni, as well as strengthening the implementation of link and match between universities and industry needs. Not only does it present a cooperation ceremony, this activity also opens direct recruitment opportunities through on-the-spot interviews and psychotests attended by students and alumni of Universitas Esa Unggul.

The series of events began in the morning with participant registration and a hospitality session organized by the Career and Internship Center of Universitas Esa Unggul together with the Bank BRI team. The atmosphere of the event was warm and enthusiastic, attended by students, alumni, university leaders, and representatives of Bank BRI management.

The official event was opened by the MC from Bank BRI and continued with a joint prayer and the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya. This momentum was then followed by a speech from the Vice Rector for Student Affairs of Esa Unggul University, Dr. Mury Kuswari, S.Pd., M.Si., which was also accompanied by the screening of Universitas Esa Unggul's company profile powered by Arizona State University.

In his speech, Dr. Mury Kuswari emphasized that collaboration between universities and the industry has an important role in producing graduates who are relevant to the current job market needs.

“The working world continues to develop very rapidly and requires human resources who are adaptive, competent, and have strong professional readiness. Therefore, Esa Unggul University continues to expand strategic collaborations with various industries so that students are not only academically excellent but also ready to enter the professional world,” he said.

He also added that campus hiring activities like this become a real space for students to understand industry needs while simultaneously building professional connections from an early stage.

Meanwhile, Regional CEO of Bank BRI, Hendra Winata, expressed appreciation for the establishment of cooperation with Esa Unggul University. According to him, the industrial world needs young talents who have high adaptability, an innovative mindset, and readiness to face digital transformation.

As part of the series of activities, participants also received a sharing session with Fandi Imawan, the Regional Business Support Head of Bank BRI. Entering the core session of campus hiring, participants then took part in on-the-spot interviews and psychological tests conducted directly by the recruitment team of Bank BRI and PKSS until the afternoon. This activity provides a real opportunity for students and alumni to directly participate in the job selection process without having to wait for subsequent recruitment outside the campus.
