Esaunggul.ac.id, Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University is once again strengthening the global academic atmosphere by holding guest lecture international entitled Human Factors and Ergonomics featuring academics from the University of Perpetual Help System (DALTA) in the Philippines, in April 2026 at the Jakarta Campus. This activity is part of strengthening international collaboration and improving the quality of learning based on a global perspective.

This guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Antoniette T. Mollejon from the Faculty of Engineering, who discussed the importance of applying the principles human factors and ergonomics in improving human comfort, safety, and productivity in various activities, particularly in work and industrial environments. The material presented provides comprehensive insights into the design of human-centered work systems (human-centered design), and its relevance in facing modern challenges in the technological era.

This activity was attended by students and lecturers from various study programs, enthusiastically exploring ergonomics as a vital component of cross-disciplinary scientific development. The interactive discussion enriched participants' understanding of the application of ergonomics in both everyday life and professional contexts.

The Rector of Universitas Esa Unggul powered by Arizona State University, Dr. Ir. Arief Kusuma Among Praja, ST, MBA, IPU, ASEAN Eng., said that the activity guest lecture international is part of the institution's strategy to provide a global standard learning experience.
