Developing Intrapreneurship Behavior Through Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction

The organization needs someone who has a creative, innovative and proactive in developing the organization. This behavior can be established by through the application of an organizational culture that conduct as a result of the customs norms formed within the organization. This leads to organizational culture is the very important factor in shaping employee behavior. This study aims to examine how the organizational culture influence on job satisfaction and its implications to intrapreneurship behavior. The design / methodology / approach of this study is quantitative research. Objects and respondents in this research are private university lecturers in Jakarta area. Collection data using questioner and direct interview with selected respondents. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and verificatively by using SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The results these studies founded that the dimensions of of organizational culture, both of the external focus (adaptability and mission) and internal focus (involvement and consistency) has a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction and intrapreneurship behavior. a strong organizational culture with the support of job satisfaction will encourage the creation of independent, proactive, creative and innovative behaviour
