Criminal imprisonment is the most important part of the criminal justice process. the application of death penalty by the state through a court decision means that the state takes the right to live of a convicted person which is human right that cannot be reduced under any circumtances (non derogable rights). therefore the application must pay attention to the human rights of the convicted person.
