A Study Literature Of Islamic Capital Budgeting

Islamic financial system is necessary to be implemented for Islamic companies since Islamic principles have embodded in financial management. Islamic companies do not invest in projects where inflows come in the form of usury or interest (riba). Since the entry of Islamic law in economics, there should be an adjustment in order now to break Islamic law. According to Islamic law, riba can be expressed as an additional debt or contract. Islam teaches equality and justice, however in the case of the borrower pays more including the principal amount of the loan to its borrower and becomes a victim of injustice. Capital budgeting is an important section of financial management. Therefore, this paper will discuss about capital budgeting and its application to Islamic banks through the review of published articles.
